Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kenya for the resolution of any legal disputes.
